      Utilising SIXPAD's patented CMM Pulse Technology, the device uses body toning EMS (electrical muscle stimulation) to contract and relax dormant muscles. The result? A significantly more toned silhouette without overtraining in the gym.

      CMM pulse core technology

      SIXPAD's patented CMM Pulse Technology works to tone and sculpt your body, without heavy training in the gym. The device delivers 20hz frequency to muscle fibres, the optimal frequency to yield maximum results. Choose from 20 intensity settings and tailor your workout to you.

      How exactly does it work?

      SIXPAD works to stimulate dormant muscles, making it easier to change the physical appearance of your muscles.

      Without this EMS device, you would have to train consistently with a heavy load to see maximum results. This Bodyfit belt enables you to train effectively, even with a lighter load.

      Connect your Bodyfit 2 to the SIXPAD app to track your progress with every workout. Save and view previous workouts and even receive motivational advice and tips.

      The app is available for download in China, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Portugal, Republic of Ireland, South Korea, Spain and the United Kingdom.

      Recommended: iOS 9.0 or Android 5.0.

      Contraindications:
      Never use at the same time as the following kinds of medical devices:
      Implanted medical devices, such as pacemaker.
      Medical electrical equipment used to sustain life, such as heart-lung machines.
      Wearable medical devices, such as EKGs.

      works great

      I have two of these they are great for the tops of your legs and hips, after an inactive spell through illness I have used them to help strengthen my legs , I have also used it on my upper arms but they are a bit to powerful for there so use for short spells, they have done a good job building up my leg muscles, you can also use them on your waist, but I do have a Slendertone for that area
